- Where do guests park?
- On site — 110 spaces at the door, free. No validation, no garage.
- Who handles catering?
- Catering is in-house through 24 Carrots. Book your meeting or event with us first, then we will connect you with their coordinator.
- Is bar service possible?
- The building supports licensed bar service. Tell us what the evening calls for and we will walk you through the options.
- What AV is available?
- Lighting, staging and AV are arranged per booking. Tell us what the session needs and we will quote it.
- Can we tour the venue?
- Tours run weekday mornings. Book one and we will meet you at the door.
- How do holds work?
- Send a request with your date. We reply within two business days and hold dates for 72 hours while we talk.
- Is the building accessible?
- The building is elevator-served with step-free entry.
- Where is the building?
- 2575 McCabe Way, Irvine, off the 405 between Jamboree Road and Von Karman Avenue, with access to the 405, 55, 73 and 5. Hotels and restaurants are a three-to-five-minute drive.
- Can I book one meeting room?
- Yes. Six rooms are bookable on their own; see Meeting rooms.
- Is there office space?
- Office leasing and virtual membership are handled by VOIT Property Management. Their contact is on the Contact page.
